Our home has three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three spa-like baths. There are two primary bedrooms (both with new pillow-top king size beds) upstairs - one overlooking the private beach and largest private pool in Wild Dunes, and the other bedroom overlooking the par 3, 12th hole of the award winning Wild Dunes Links golf course. The third bedroom is on the main floor with two new twin beds. The living room sofa has a pullout queen sleeper if additional sleeping space is needed, and all bedrooms have their own large flat screen smart TVs. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom that has been newly renovated with marble counter tops and all high-end finishes. The primary master shower has two shower heads with pebble tile flooring, and the other two bathrooms have deep soaking tubs. No expense was spared in this renovation. Living and dining room has all new designer furniture, 65” smart HDTV, WIFI with high-speed internet, Premium Cable TV, and a DVD player with over 100 DVDs for your viewing pleasure. The fully stocked kitchen is brand new with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, beverage fridge and new high-end counter appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Our home also has a brand new full-size washer and dryer in the unit on the second floor.

No pets. No smoking indoors. No parties or attaching any decorations (either with tape, thumb tacks, etc) to the walls. Removing tape will cause the paint to peal due to the moisture and salt in the air. Guest will be charged for any wall/paint damage.
